His private-markets experience includes allocations to niche financial-services businesses, board-observer roles, interim management responsibilities, and active engagement across a broad group of private companies.
Andi founded Massena Consulting, a management-consulting practice focused on the intersection of data, business, and technology. Its work includes advanced data architecture, machine learning, process automation, transaction advisory, and financial modeling.
His experience also includes restructuring, credit-facility recapitalizations, and the valuation, modeling, and investment of specialty-finance and other esoteric assets.
Garon brings more than two decades of leadership experience in compliance, risk management, structured finance, asset acquisition, business development, legal, and regulatory functions.
Before joining 33OP, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Paradigm Assets LLC, providing executive leadership and helping maintain regulatory standards in the debt-resolution industry.
